All our earpads are sold as a pair.
What materials are your ear pads made from?
All our earpads are made with premium PU(Vegan) leather and Memory Foam.
Why are SOULWIT earpads more firm than my stock earpads?
Our earpads are made thicker and more durable than OEM earpads. They can take 2-3 weeks of use to break in.

How long is the warranty?

How can I clean my earpads?
Our earpads are not washable, but you can clean them regularly. You can use:
- Clorox Disinfecting Wipes or baby wipes (any brand like Cottonelle). Clorox wipes are effective at removing light smells and stains while keeping the earpad color intact.
- Simple cleaning cloths (like those used for cleaning sunglasses) to wipe the earpads after using the disinfecting wipe.
Please avoid using regular alcohol wipes, as they can cause the earpad leather color to fade.
Why is there no blue strip on the cooling gel earpads I received?
Our cooling gel earpads don’t physically have a blue strip. The blue strip shown in product pictures is just a visual representation of the cooling gel inside the earpads to help customers understand what’s inside.
Can I order ear tips or ear hooks in the same size?
Our ear hooks come in a set with both small and large sizes, and our ear tips come in a set with small, medium, and large sizes. We don’t offer single-size sets because having multiple sizes ensures the best fit for each ear, which can sometimes differ.
What is the lifespan of your earpads?
Our earpads are designed to last at least 2 years with normal use. However, their lifespan can be shortened with heavy sweating, as the salt in sweat breaks down the material faster. The leather is also sensitive to heat, humidity, and light.
Are your earpads vegan?
Our replacement earpads are NOT vegan by definition. We use synthetic leather, similar to what most headphone brands use. It’s made from artificial materials designed to mimic real leather without using animal skins. Some materials may contain egg shell-based protein powder to give the surface a softer feel.

For international orders, does the shipping fee cover customs fees and import taxes?
No, the shipping fee only covers the cost of shipping. Customs fees and import taxes are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
You don’t ship to my country. Where can I buy your products?
You can try placing your order through our International Amazon stores.
Why don’t you offer free shipping for international orders?
We don’t offer free shipping for international orders because international shipping costs vary widely depending on the destination, package weight, and carrier fees. Unlike domestic shipping, international rates are much higher, and we don’t receive discounted rates from carriers for these shipments.
When will my order ship?
All orders placed before 12pm EST are shipped same day, if placed after the cutoff they will be shipped the next business day.
During some seasonal events like BFCM and Christmas, there can be an additional 1-2 day handling time.
